Adenium obesum 'Valkyrie Flame' Seeds

'Valkyrie Flame' is the most saturated red cultivar I carry — a fiery, high-intensity bloom rather than a soft or pastel one. Vivid cardinal-to-ruby red covers the petals, with subtle dark cherry-black shading along the ruffled edges that adds depth without muddying the overall glow. The center shifts sharply into a small, pale lime-green-to-white star throat, which gives the eye a clear focal point against all that red.

Flower form is multi-petaled — double to triple — with rounded, gently ruffled petal margins arranged into a full, rose-like rosette. It's a layered bloom, not a flat one, and holds that fullness well.

Foliage is rich, deep green, which reads as a solid, cooling backdrop against the warm red of the flower. Growth habit is standard obesum: a thick, swollen caudex base with strong, upright branching.

Zone 6 note: Grown and cold-acclimated here in Northern Kentucky, not held under constant greenhouse warmth, so it's already adjusted to real seasonal swings before shipping. Bring indoors ahead of first frost and hold water through winter dormancy no matter what zone you're in.
