Two Application Methods

Full Spring Repot

Use Spring Jump Start as your primary media when repotting established plants at the start of the season. The biology in this formula is optimized for root recolonization — use it now, then transition to Desert Oasis Potting Media for mid-season repots and long-term potting work.

Top-Dress Application

Replace the top 1 to 1½ inches of your existing surface media with Spring Jump Start. You get the biological benefits — cytokinins, mycorrhizae, worm casting nutrition — without disturbing an established root system. This is the method I use most often on mature specimens that don’t need a full repot.
